• 2+ years of scheduling tools, calendar management or ATS experience.
• Ashby experience is preferred and considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite interviews, including room setup and interviewer prep.
• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all roles.
• Maintain ATS records with candidate statuses and requisitions.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring teams.
• Support recruiting operations and event logistics as needed.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth candidate experience.
