Lancesoft in Foster City, CA is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume interview process for technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure an excellent candidate experience from scheduling through to offer and onboarding.

The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and clear communication. Hybrid work structure with some onsite coordination and collaboration across the Talent team is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple tasks, ideally within Recruiting Coordination.
• Self-directed and able to balance a high sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service mindset and executive presence.
• Drive to build rapport with both candidates and internal business partners.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with recruiters and administrators to schedule candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) for a high-volume of roles.
• Champion the onsite interview process by hosting candidates and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Coordination team and drive the execution of Coordination projects and initiatives.
• Work with recruiters and stakeholders to identify and tackle inefficiencies in the interview process to refine functions and develop new programs.
• Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator Lead on operational excellence initiatives by analyzing data and implementing changes.
