Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams, delivering best-in-class candidate experiences across the interview lifecycle. • Experience with coordinating interview logistics and delivering candidate experience.
• Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers across regions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, virtual, panel and onsite interviews across regions and globally.
• Coordinate travel and reimbursements; greet candidates onsite.
• Audit employment agreements and background checks prior to start dates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize the interview process.
• Prioritize multiple tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency and fairness.
• Master systems like Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite, Slack.
• Contribute to regional and global projects aligned to RC vision.
• Provide insights using Tableau dashboards to improve scheduling practices.
