Anduril is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-paced growth. You will partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to manage interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from first contact through decision.

Responsibilities

• Manage all interview scheduling and related logistics from request to conclusion.
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel through Egencia.
• Update candidate records in Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
• Navigate complex interviewer schedules and communicate via phone, text, and email.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve interview process and candidate experience.
• Greet candidates and facilitate onsite interview process to ensure a positive experience.
• Build relationships with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, interviewers, and the coordination team.
