Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview logistics and serve as the go-to contact for a division. You will work with Recruiters, Sourcers, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to ensure a smooth candidate experience and data-driven scheduling decisions.

You will own onboarding for new coordinators, mentor team members, and optimize processes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting at a fast-paced company.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customer service focus and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all interview scheduling logistics from request to conclusion.
• Assist candidates with travel and hotel arrangements.
• Update candidate records in Greenhouse and ModernLoop scheduling tool.
• Navigate complex interviewer schedules and respond via phone, text, and email.
• Identify bottlenecks to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Lead onboarding and mentoring for new coordinators and support team growth.
