Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Deerfield, IL for a hybrid role. The position supports the Talent Acquisition team with complex scheduling, interview logistics, and candidate experience across multiple sites.

You will act as the face of TA, coordinating onsite and remote activities, arranging travel, and ensuring timely communication with hiring managers and candidates. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1–3 years experience in coordination roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and administrative tools
• Proven expertise with complex, high-volume scheduling
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; capable of remote support

Responsibilities

• Provide system support to Hiring Managers and Recruiters and act as a SME on Workday Recruiting and recruiting processes
• Coordinate interview availability and respond to queries from candidates and managers
• Schedule interviews, book meeting rooms, arrange travel and logistics
• Support recruiters in candidate experience and onboarding processes
• Prepare and send offer letters and employment agreements
• Assist candidates through post-offer processes and onboarding
