Job summary

North Bridge Staffing Group in New York seeks a Recruiting Coordinator for a two-year assignment with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tue–Thu; remote Mon and Fri). This role goes beyond scheduling, driving recruiting processes forward and partnering with Recruiters and internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

You’ll coordinate complex interviews across calendars and time zones, manage multiple priorities with precision, and use AI-enabled tools to support workflows.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced corporate or professional-services environment.
• Experience in human resources, recruiting, operations, or professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help drive hiring processes forward while ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate complex interviews and recruiting activities across multiple calendars, business units, and time zones
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and provide clear, polished communication throughout the interview process
• Partner closely with Recruiters, Human Capital colleagues, hiring managers, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling, communication, and process-related issues
• Use generative AI and other technology-enabled tools to support recruiting workflows and improve efficiency and consistency
• Support ad hoc projects and recruiting process-improvement initiatives
• Look for opportunities to go beyond the immediate task and add value to Recruiters and the broader team
• Approximately 2+ years of professional experience
• Experience in HR, recruiting, operations, professional services, or high-touch client-facing environments
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with demanding or senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a polished, professional style
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Strong discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
• Evidence of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
• Comfort using generative AI and other technology-enabled tools
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
