Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant experience; OR any degree or certification beyond a high school diploma with 3 years of experience; OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience using Workday, Paradox, and MS Office Suite or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on candidate service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to support recruiting activities across time zones and multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones using AI-enabled scheduling tools.
• Serve as a candidate concierge for on-site visits and assist with navigation at the Atlanta campus.
• Support background check operations with compliance teams and vendors.
• Assist with employee referrals and confirm workflows for stakeholders.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates through Day One and support pre-boarding activities.
