Job summary

Stripe's Recruiting Coordination team seeks an organized, proactive coordinator to support the interview process for candidates across regions and functions. In this 11-month fixed-term contract, you will schedule interviews, work with recruiters and interviewers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

You will handle sensitive information with discretion, adapt to shifting priorities, and act as the onsite host when candidates visit the office, while staying focused on delivering a stellar

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an admin/coordination-based role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Willingness to take on a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high volume interviews for Stripe candidates globally, with speed and efficiency
• Coordinate interview process across regions, functions and role types
• Own the onsite candidate experience, acting as their primary host in the office to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience
• Work closely with recruiters and interviewers in delivering a great candidate experience throughout the interview process
• Solve problems and adapt quickly as priorities change, while handling sensitive information with discretion
