Partners In Diversity, Inc. is seeking a motivated, organized Recruiter to support staffing needs across multiple clients and industries.

The role spans sourcing, screening, and placement, with close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Lead and recruiting team to meet client deadlines. The position requires managing multiple orders, adapting to changing needs, and working independently while collaborating with the team to reach placement goals.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience.
• Full recruitment cycle knowledge: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with employment regulations and hiring best practices.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and events.
• Review resumes and interview candidates for fit.
• Recruit for multiple client orders and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, orientations, and placements.
• Maintain candidate and client communications throughout the process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and ATS data.
• Provide updates to the Talent Acquisition Lead on open orders and activity.
• Attend recruitment events and stay updated on best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
