HHS Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a results-driven Hybrid Recruiter to support recruitment across multiple HHS units and facilities, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing through onboarding. The role includes travel between facilities to support hiring events and local staffing needs.

The ideal candidate partners with facility leaders, builds talent pipelines, conducts interviews, and ensures a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate development skills.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding.
• Recruit for hourly and salaried roles across multiple units and facilities.
• Partner with facility leaders to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for priority roles and upcoming openings.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networking.
