Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or a related field.
3–5 years of talent acquisition experience.
Proven success sourcing for diverse roles across orgs.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment marketing tools.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
