RiseMe in California is seeking a Recruiting & Business Development Associate who is outgoing, organized, and motivated. This full-time role blends recruiting with business development, offering hands-on experience in phone screens, candidate management, and developing new client opportunities.

You will post openings, manage hiring platforms, schedule interviews, and build relationships with candidates and prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Comfort with outbound calls and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates and assist with interviews.

• Manage candidate activity and keep records up to date.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Outreach to prospective clients and schedule meetings.
