Pacific Health Group is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to coordinate our full-cycle recruiting workflow, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience from application to New Hire Orientation hand-off. You will exercise independent judgment in candidate evaluation and provide essential operational support for high-volume staffing goals.

This hybrid role requires base in California with local travel to university partnerships, hiring fairs, and community outreach events, while offering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of specialized full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2 years attending job fairs and community outreach activities.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment in an ATS/HRIS (Workable/Paycom).
• Strong organizational, communication, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Ownership: manages day-to-day recruitment pipeline and candidate screening.
• Pre-Screening: conducts initial interviews/assessments (Testlify) and advises hiring managers.
• Logistics Management: schedules all interview phases across departments for a seamless experience.
• Onboarding & Compliance: coordinates new hire docs to ensure CA and federal compliance; supports training.
