Behavioral Emotional and Academic Mentoring LLC is seeking a Recruiting & Business Development Associate to join our team. The role blends recruiting and business development, requiring strong communication and organizational skills as you manage candidate screening, postings, and client outreach.

You’ll conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, post openings, source candidates, and work with management to expand our client base in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Candidate phone screens and interviews experience is required.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and postings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with outbound calls and professional outreach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone screens with job candidates.
• Assist with second interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate follow-ups.
• Post and maintain job openings on Indeed and other hiring platforms.
• Manage candidate activity and maintain records.
• Source candidates through various recruiting methods.
• Build relationships with candidates and management to improve strategies.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and outreach to prospective clients.
