Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Sourcer to support the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, prescreening, scheduling, onboarding, and event planning. You will collaborate with hiring managers, the Senior Recruiter, and TA leadership to keep pipelines moving and ensure accurate ATS data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience in recruiting coordination and HR administration.
• Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines across states and verticals.
• Proficiency with ATS (iCIMS or similar) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates daily across job boards and platforms.
• Review resumes, prescreen qualified candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking and support hiring events.
• Produce weekly recruiting updates for leadership.
