Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Recruiter in Los Angeles for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 work-from-home). You will own full-cycle recruitment, from intake to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, not limited to hourly/retail roles.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines from scratch.
• Experience with an ATS (Rippling, Greenhouse or similar).
• Clear communication and ability to advise hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Deliver responsive, high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain records in the ATS and ensure compliant hiring practices.
