Job summary

PLACE is seeking an Operations Coordinator to build and optimize internal systems, support a high-performing real estate team, and ensure exceptional client service. You will own onboarding, training, and process improvements while coordinating listings, events, and communications.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive problem-solving, and a strong service mindset within a hybrid work model across Long Island and New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Must plug into and improve existing systems
• Strong support for a team and operational tasks
• Experience coordinating across real estate teams preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and OWN systems for customer service, team calendar, and internal comms
• Recruiting ad support, scheduling appointments for Team Operator
• Own onboarding process including trainings (in person and virtual)
• Follow productivity rhythms to boost agent output
• Plan high-level client events to drive referrals
• Compile receipts and aid cost reduction opportunities
• Maintain operations manual documenting systems and standards
• Coordinate listing launches: photography, staging, sign installation
