Job summary

PLACE is seeking a Director of Operations to lead systems, processes, and service excellence within its top 1% real estate team in North America. You will design and own all operations, including lead generation, onboarding, training, office management, and communications, to scale performance and consistency.

You will hire and develop the operations staff, maintain data integrity, manage budgets and P&L, and drive growth through events, referrals, and client care.

Qualifications

• Requires a prior work history that demonstrates strong leadership ability and the ability to improve existing systems.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• 2+ years experience leading an operations department at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, maintain, and own all systems for delivering excellent customer service and operations.
• Hire, train, lead, and develop all operations team members.
• Own onboarding process and conduct trainings in person and virtually.
• Create and maintain data integrity and accountability for activities.
• Manage productivity rhythms to ensure agent productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee listing launches, contracts to close, and quality control of tasks.
• Lead the team to provide world-class client experiences via phone and email.
• Generate reviews and referrals from clients during and after transactions.
• Lead growth efforts through recruiting ads and scheduling team-related meetings.
• Plan client events to drive business referrals.
• Oversee financial systems, budgeting, and profit & loss; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain operations manual documenting systems and standards.
