The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join a hybrid role serving Savannah, GA in-home clients. Expect a base salary of $85,000–$90,000 with additional monthly bonus opportunities and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

This clinician-led team blends in-clinic planning with remote work, quarterly travel, and strong clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for children with developmental needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and Georgia LBA licensure are required.
• Experience with children with autism preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills essential.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset expected.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and track progress with data-driven decisions.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
• Collaborate with families to set goals and support progress.
