Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Georgia is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid role that blends in-clinic work with planned remote activities. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with developmental needs.

We offer a competitive base salary of $87,000–$105,000 plus monthly bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and WFH options.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and GA LBA licensure are required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Hybrid work arrangement with in-clinic and remote planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload to support high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct FBAs and track progress through data-driven decisions.
• Supervise and support RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards.
