The Treetop ABA is hiring a full-time BCBA in Savannah, GA. This hybrid role blends clinic work with remote planning and supervision, with in-home client visits.

You’ll conduct FBAs, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, collect data, and stay current with ABA best practices. Competitive salary, sign-on bonus, and strong support for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Georgia LBA licensure required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data-driven progress tracking.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
