Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Georgia is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid role. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families to deliver high-quality ABA care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Georgia LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
