The Treetop ABA seeks a full-time BCBA to join our Georgia team in a hybrid role, delivering high‑quality ABA therapy for children with developmental needs. Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise ABA treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Conduct assessments and track progress using data-driven decisions.
• Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
• Collaborate with families to set goals and ensure progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethics.
