The Treetop ABA in Georgia is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our clinician-led team in Hinesville. This in-center role blends direct clinical work with remote planning and supervision, offering a supportive environment and a hybrid schedule.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and maintain thorough documentation. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Georgia LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver clinic-based ABA therapy and support home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Technicians
• Collaborate with families and clinical peers for consistent outcomes
• Collect data and update progress to guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
