The Treetop ABA in Georgia seeks a full-time BCBA to lead clinical programs with hybrid work options. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes while maintaining high standards of care.

We offer a competitive salary of $87,000–$105,000 base plus monthly bonuses, 23 paid days off, generous benefits, loan repayment, sabbatical, CEU stipends, and growth opportunities within a supportive, clinician-led team.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification required
• Georgia LBA licensed required
• Experience with children with autism preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Aufgaben

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs and ABATs
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and professional development
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
