HOK Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Accountant for its Corporate Accounting team in a hybrid role, with on-site days in the Detroit, MI area. You will support project setup, invoicing, reporting, financial analysis, and revenue recognition across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of project accounting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Deltek Vantagepoint. A bachelor's degree in accounting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project accounting.
• Experience in architecture, design, or construction preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly invoices, budgets, and project management reports.
• Set up and maintain projects in the accounting system per contract terms.
• Track project budgets and financial data; review cost reports and profitability.
• Assist with revenue recognition and monthly earnings analysis.
• Provide general accounting support and respond to inquiries.
