HOK Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Accountant to join Corporate Accounting in a hybrid role with on-site presence required Tue–Thu in a HOK office.

You will handle project accounting, invoicing, budgets, and reporting, collaborating with Project Managers and Finance leadership to ensure accurate revenue recognition and profitability. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting with 2–4 years in project accounting, preferably in architecture/design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of project accounting experience; architecture/design background preferred.
• Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint and advanced Excel required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly invoices, budgets and project reports.
• Set up and maintain projects in the accounting system per contract terms.
• Track budgets and financial data; review cost reports with PMs and Finance leadership.
• Oversee invoicing with consultants and review contracts for financial requirements.
• Support revenue recognition and earnings analysis.
