Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee analytics, performance management, and strategy for the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program. You will work with the National BH Strategy team and the Tandem Care Medical Director to drive data-driven improvements.

You will design metrics, buildPower BI dashboards, and partner with clinical and technical teams to enable reporting that informs executives and market leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, social work, or a related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations, including health-related product, IT, analytics, preferably in value-based care or behavioral health.
• 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience (bridging clinical leadership and product development).
• Experience developing performance dashboards, defining metrics, and working with analytics and tech teams to implement dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance, including access, clinical quality, cost, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, technology enablement, and data integrations.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance and support executive reporting.
• Own program reporting and use analytics-driven insights to communicate impact to market leaders and PCO executives.
• Partner with EMR product teams, clinical analytics, Medical Economics, and other stakeholders to define metrics and strengthen reporting.
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians.
• Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of new strategies and tactics.
• Manage special projects at the request of the National BH Director.
