Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, social work or related field.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including health IT/analytics.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling between clinical leadership and product teams.
• Experience designing performance dashboards, defining metrics, and ensuring data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own, design and execute analytics related to program performance (access, clinical quality, cost, KPIs).
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for executive reporting.
• Communicate analytics-driven insights to market leaders and executives.
• Collaborate with EMR product teams to define metrics and improve reporting capabilities.
• Own business partnerships and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to implement and drive adoption of new strategies.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director on operational, process improvement and strategic needs.
