Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health program operations, analytics, and strategy. The role partners with National BH leadership and clinical leadership to drive performance and alignment with care delivery goals.

You will design metrics, build dashboards, and coordinate across clinical, product, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end program improvements in a hybrid, US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; healthcare administration, business administration, or social work.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations, including health-related product, IT, analytics; preferably in value-based care or behavioral health.
• 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience between clinical leadership and product development.
• Experience in developing performance dashboards and defining metric definitions; collaborating with analytics and tech teams.
• Excellent collaboration and EQ; ability to connect stakeholders and optimize system-level processes.
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance including access, clinical quality, cost, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, technology enablement, and data integrations.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance and support executive reporting.
• Own program reporting and use analytics-driven insights to communicate impact and performance to market leaders and PCO executives.
• Partner with EMR product team and clinical analytics to define metrics, integrate data, and strengthen reporting capabilities.
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with strategic stakeholders to support program implementation and adoption of new strategies.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director, supporting operational, process improvement, and strategic needs.
