Job summary

CenterWell is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health Care operations and performance management. You will design end-to-end processes, develop analytics dashboards, and support clinical leadership with data-driven insights.

This role requires independent judgment and strong collaboration with the PCO, Medical Director, and care delivery teams. Based in a CenterWell market, you will travel to engage with stakeholders, while also enabling remote work up to 3 days per

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, social work.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience.
• Experience developing performance dashboards and KPI definitions.
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program performance.
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to leaders.
• Partner with EMR product, clinical analytics, and others to define metrics.
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to support implementation.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director.
