Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Program Delivery Lead for Tandem Behavioral Health Care in The Villages, FL. You will oversee analytics, dashboards, and strategy across multiple teams to improve access, quality and costs.

You will partner with clinical and product leaders to define metrics, drive reporting, and support adoption of new care strategies in a hybrid work setting. 40-hour weeks with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. health care administration, business administration, social work)
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including health-related product, IT, analytics
• 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience (e.g., between clinical leadership and product development)
• Experience in developing performance dashboards – defining metrics, implementing dashboards, and performing metric quality checks
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ; able to connect dots and optimize system-level processes

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance (access, clinical quality, cost, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, tech enablement, data integrations)
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance and support executive reporting
• Own program reporting and communicate impact and performance to market leaders and PCO executives
• Partner with EMR product team, clinical analytics, Medical Economics to define metrics and strengthen reporting
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians
• Establish collaborative relationships with clinical teams, technology partners, data/analytics, and Complex Care leadership to drive adoption of new strategies
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director including operational and process-improvement needs
