Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health Care program operations and strategy within the Primary Care Organization. You will lead analytics, KPI definition, and executive reporting in collaboration with BH Strategy and Operations and the Tandem Medical Director.

The role emphasizes an ownership mindset, working with multiple clinical and technical teams, and driving adoption of new strategies to optimize patient care and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care admin, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations, preferably in value-based care or behavioral health.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation between clinical leadership and product teams.
• Experience building performance dashboards with metric definitions and KPI checks.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics on program performance: access, quality, cost, budgets, forecasts, KPIs.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program performance and exec reporting.
• Deliver analytics-driven insights to market leaders and PCO executives.
• Collaborate with EMR/product teams to define metrics and improve reporting capabilities.
• Define product feature specs and partner with clinicians to support Tandem Care and PCO.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to drive implementation and adoption of new strategies.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director as needed.
