Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee analytics, performance management, and future-state strategy for the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program within the Primary Care Organization. You will partner with clinical and product teams to design metrics, build dashboards, and drive reporting for market leaders.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset, 5+ years in healthcare strategy/ops, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations
• Cross-functional translation tooling experience (between clinical leadership and product development)
• Experience developing performance dashboards and defining metric definitions
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ; strong stakeholder relationships
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance (access, quality, cost, budgets, KPIs, data integrations)
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program performance and executive reporting
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to market leaders and executives
• Collaborate with EMR product team and analytics to define metrics and strengthen reporting
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to support program implementation and adoption of new strategies
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director (ad hoc) to support operational and strategic needs
