Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health program operations and strategy, reporting to the BH Director and collaborating with the PCO. The role emphasizes analytics, dashboard development in Power BI, and close coordination with clinical and product teams to drive performance and value in care delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
5+ years of healthcare strategy and operations experience.
Experience translating between clinical leadership and product teams.
Experience building performance dashboards and KPIs.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own analytics for program performance including access, quality, cost, budgets, forecasts, KPIs and data integrations.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program performance and executive reporting.
Communicate program impact and performance to market leaders and executives.
Define metrics with clinical analytics and EMR/product teams and strengthen reporting capabilities.
Partner with clinical and technology teams to support delivery and adoption of new strategies.
