CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program. You will manage analytics, dashboards, and reporting, partnering with clinical and product teams to drive performance improvements.

The role requires extensive healthcare strategy experience, strong collaboration skills, and a location in a CenterWell/Conviva market. Hybrid work is possible with travel to the Villages, FL as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health care administration, business administration, social work)
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including health-related product, IT, analytics
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience (between clinical leadership and product development)
• Experience in developing performance dashboards with metric definitions and reporting capabilities
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and ability to connect stakeholders across a complex health care org
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location

Mansioni

• Own analytics related to program performance including KPIs and dashboards.
• Build Power BI dashboards to measure access, quality, and cost.
• Communicate program impact to market leaders and executives.
• Partner with EMR and analytics teams to define metrics and data integrations.
• Shape business input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians.
• Establish relationships with clinical, tech, data, and leadership teams to support adoption of new strategies.
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director as needed.
