CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Program Delivery Lead to oversee analytics, reporting, and strategy for the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program. You’ll collaborate with clinical and product teams to drive KPIs and data-driven decisions.

You’ll own dashboards, partner on metric definitions, and manage strategic projects across stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and impact across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health care administration, business administration, social work).
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, incl. value-based care or behavioral health.
• 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience between clinical leadership and product teams.
• Experience in developing performance dashboards and defining metric definitions.
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ; able to connect stakeholders across functions.
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location.

Responsabilidades

• Own analytics related to program performance, including access, clinical quality, cost, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, technology enablement, and data integrations.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance and support executive reporting.
• Own program reporting and use analytics-driven insights to communicate impact to market leaders and executives.
• Partner with EMR product team, clinical analytics, and other stakeholders to define metrics and strengthen reporting.
• Own business partnerships and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of new strategies.
• Manage special projects at the request of the National BH Director.
