Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health Care operations and strategy within the PCO framework. You will drive analytics, dashboards, and reporting, partnering with clinical and product teams to optimize performance and adoption of new strategies.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with national and market leaders, manage multiple workstreams, and influence decision-making with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, social work, or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare strategy and operations; value-based care or behavioral health preferred.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation between clinical leadership and product/IT teams.
• Experience building performance dashboards; defining metrics; working with analytics and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for program performance including access, quality, cost, budgets, KPIs, and data integrations.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program performance and executive reporting.
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to market leaders and PCO executives.
• Collaborate with EMR, clinical analytics, Medical Economics, and stakeholders to define metrics and data integration.
• Define business inputs for technical products; support Tandem Care and PCO clinicians with reporting capabilities.
• Foster relationships with clinical teams, tech partners, analytics leaders, and Complex Care leadership to implement strategies.
• Manage ad hoc special projects for the National BH Director.
