Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA's ADUSA Corporate Support is seeking a Specialist I Process, Standards & Training to support development and communication of training programs. The role tracks completion, prepares updates for leadership, and aids onboarding for new associates by gathering needs and coordinating plans.

The position collaborates with cross-brand teams to maintain SOPs, training content, and processes across ADUSA brands, with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-person days and two remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years' experience in training and development programs.
• Project management experience under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies.
• Occasional travel 0-30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training handbooks, tool kits, resource guides and SOPs for all areas of commercial.
• Create and Maintain SOPs or determined relevant training programs and guides as collaboratively agreed upon by this role, the PS&T Lead and key stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to control guidelines for all training programs developed.
• Translate complex concepts into easily understandable language & drive simplicity. Writing/communication style to target merchandising level associates.
• Support the development and execution of all training events, including Days of Development, providing logistical, process and documentation support to facilitate business subject matter experts.
• Support competency-based assessments, updating content and documentation within the Associate Development Hub.
• Ensure SOPs, training content, and process documentation remain synchronized with process updates delivered by PS&T, and functional partners.
