Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years' experience in training and development programs.
• Project management experience, adept at managing multiple projects.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training handbooks, tool kits, resource guides and SOPs for all areas of commercial.
• Create and maintain SOPs or training programs and guides in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to control guidelines for training programs.
• Translate complex concepts into simple language and drive clarity for associates.
• Support the development and execution of training events and logistics.
• Assist with competency-based assessments and content updates.
• Ensure SOPs and training content stay synchronized with process updates.
