Job summary

ADUSA is seeking a Specialist I Process, Standards & Training to develop and communicate training programs across brands. This role tracks training completion, coordinates onboarding, and supports cross-brand training initiatives.

The position builds expertise in change management, content management, and SOP alignment across ADUSA brands; hybrid schedule with 3 in-person days and 2 remote days. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in training, strong communication, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years' experience in training and development or learning design.
• Project management experience with multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel 0–30%.
• Self-directed with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training handbooks, tool kits, resource guides and SOPs for all areas of commercial.
• Create and maintain SOPs or relevant training programs and guides with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to control guidelines for all training programs.
• Translate complex concepts into simple language and drive training clarity.
• Support planning and execution of training events, including Days of Development.
• Assist with competency-based assessments and update content in the hub.
• Keep SOPs and training content synchronized with process updates.
• Take on additional duties to support business needs.
