Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA, part of the U.S. family of brands, is seeking a Specialist I Process, Standards & Training in Scarborough, ME.

You will develop and maintain training materials, track completion, coordinate onboarding, and support cross-brand training efforts across ADUSA brands.

The role follows a hybrid schedule with 3 in-person days and 2 remote days at core locations including Scarborough, ME, Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, and Carlisle, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years' experience in training and development programs, and/or designing learning solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training handbooks, tool kits, resource guides and SOPs for all areas of commercial.
• Create and maintain SOPs or training programs and guides with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to control guidelines for all training programs.
• Translate complex concepts into easily understandable language and drive simplicity for associates.
• Support the development and execution of training events, including Days of Development, with logistical and documentation support.
• Assist with competency-based assessments and update content in the Associate Development Hub.
• Keep SOPs and content synchronized with PS&T process updates across brands.
• Other duties to meet business needs and uphold company values.
