Ahold Delhaize USA seeks a Specialist I Process, Standards & Training to support development and communication of commercial training programs. The role tracks training completion and prepares updates for commercial leadership, while aiding onboarding for new associates and assisting with plan execution.

Working with cross-brand teams, this role maintains training content, aligns SOPs and process updates across ADUSA brands, and helps coordinate training events and competency assessments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years' experience in training and development programs, and/or designing solutions to enable learning.
• Project management experience, adept at working under tight deadlines and managing multiple, concurrent projects.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources.
• Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain training handbooks, tool kits, resource guides and SOPs for all areas of commercial.
• Create and Maintain SOPs or determined relevant training programs and guides as collaboratively agreed upon by this role, the PS&T Lead and key stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment and adherence to control guidelines for all training programs developed.
• Translate complex concepts into easily understandable language & drive simplicity. Writing/communication style to target merchandising level associates.
• Support the development and execution of all training events, including Days of Development, providing logistical, process and documentation support to facilitate business subject matter experts.
• Support competency-based assessments, updating content and documentation within the Associate Development Hub.
• Ensure SOPs, training content, and process documentation remain synchronized with process updates delivered by PS&T, and functional partners.
