Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal operations and/or customer facing services.
• 3+ years in problem solving, data collection, reporting and analysis.
• 2+ years leading process improvement initiatives with quantifiable benefits.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher certification.

Responsibilities

• Leads process improvement opportunities with deliverables: process maps, baseline metrics, root cause analysis, actions and control plans.
• Lead strategic assessments and support framing, data collection, analysis and recommendations.
• Run FOX topics with problem statements, root cause analysis (5 whys) and corrective actions.
• Utilize FOX, DMAIC, LEAN, 8D and other methodologies to deliver results.
• Act as change agent, guiding efforts from identification to delivery and validation.
• Develop project charters with SMEs and stakeholders; update approved charters as required.
• Document current/target state processes using SIPOC, flow charts and value-stream mapping.
• Use Pareto, time-series, control charts and stats to support opportunity definition and validation.
