Eaton Corporation's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) team is seeking a Power Systems Controls engineer to lead development, testing, and implementation of PLC/HMI-based power transfer control solutions for customers. This hybrid Florida role supports testing, onsite work, and collaboration with electrical designers.

The position requires degrees in engineering with substantial power distribution controls experience, along with a current driver’s license, and willingness to

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Engineering with relevant experience.
Current, unrestricted driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
Over 5–10 years of power distribution controls experience depending on degree.

Aufgaben

Create, modify, test, and deploy PLC/HMI software for power transfer applications.
Follow customer specifications for project implementation.
Select components and create bill of materials, provide drawings direction.
Prepare SOO, test procedures, and customer submittals.
Assist with factory testing and field start-ups as required.
Troubleshoot systems not functioning properly.
