Job summary

The role blends training with autonomy, backed by strong onboarding and a performance-driven culture. You will work in-office four days a week with one remote day, supporting an extensive network and scalability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer engagement experience
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Proficient with Navisphere 2.0 and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement

Responsibilities

• Drive conversion of sales leads into active customers by establishing strong contacts and relationships
• Engage customers, carriers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet needs and growth targets
• Respond promptly to inquiries and manage conflicts diplomatically
• Identify automation opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
• Reconnect with dormant customers to stimulate demand
• Execute pricing strategies with negotiation and market insight
• Maintain portfolio growth and manage customer needs and exceptions
• Generate additional business within teammates' portfolios and exceed targets
• Stay updated on market changes to identify growth opportunities
• Participate in team stand-ups and use data to improve service
