You’ll leverage AI-powered tools to simplify quoting, planning, and scheduling while focusing on selling, problem-solving, and growing revenue. You’ll operate with autonomy, backed by global scale and recognition, with onboarding and coaching to accelerate your career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer engagement experience, internal or external.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of customers and uncover needs.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers.
• Own day-to-day interactions by responding quickly and resolving conflicts.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet commitments.
• Quote and price freight using market insight and negotiation.
• Plan and execute shipments with AI agent support.
• Identify growth potential and convert transactions into partnerships.
• Use data and market updates to inform priorities.
• Adopt new tools and document and follow SOPs.
• Support teammates and participate in stand-ups.
