Job summary

Associa's Legum and Norman in Falls Church seeks a Portfolio Community Manager to oversee HOA/condo communities in the Ashburn, VA area. You will manage daily operations, budgets, and vendor contracts, collaborating with boards, residents, and staff.

This role requires strong communication, financial acumen, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. You will work three days a week in the Falls Church office and collaborate with onsite staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Community Association management experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and conflict resolution knowledge.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with proactive outreach.
• Project management, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HOA/condo portfolio operations and vendor coordination.
• Manage budgets, financials, delinquencies, and operating expenses.
• Coordinate board meetings (monthly/quarterly/annual) and architectural reviews.
• Communicate with homeowners, board members, vendors, and staff.
• Source vendors, oversee contracts, and ensure compliance and safety.
• Hire, train, and supervise onsite staff; lead special projects.
