• Company-paid CMCA/AMS/PCAM certifications are offered.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary advisor and liaison to HOA Boards of Directors.
• Facilitate Board meetings and annual meetings.
• Prepare agendas, management reports, and meeting materials.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of assigned communities.
• Monitor vendor performance and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and community standards.
